Music help please !!!!!!!?

Hey im 13 yr old girl & i wanna be a singer/actress & i wanna play piano/guitar i know its not easy in the celeb world but its what i wanna do & i recorded myself singing & played it bk a few times all with different songs & i soung alright but i think i would be good if i had lessons or if i gave my self lessons if its possible! Oh & there is one problem i have a lisp kinda with some words & u can slightley hear it so thats a problem!! & im from scotland uk so im no where near america lol thx no mean comments please
