Is my miscarrige completely over ? Or is This something to worry about ? Please help me !!!!?

Hi i recently miscarried I saw my doctor last Friday and she didn't see a bby in my uterus for the 2nd time . So she was worried . So she sent me to go get some blood work done . She called me that same day and told me my liver enzymes were a little low and that my hcg was at 50. then yesterday I went to the er because I've been and still am bleeding like crazy and passing clots and some tissue .��And the did a blood test there and my hcg was at 13. So if my hcg levels keep on dropping , what does that mean ? Is it dangerous if they keep on decreasing ? And what does it mean that my liver enzymes are low ? Please someone help ! I've haven't been getting any straight answers from the doctors in the er nor my regular obgyn ;(
