Can cervix cancer prevent pregnancy?

I have been doing some research to find out why I can' t have a bby about two months ago I went to the doctor with my bestie while she was getting a ultra sound I ask her doctor can he give me one so he did me one he told me I had a whole in my stomach I saw it on the screen he couldnt tell me much cuz I wasnt supose to by one his table. I need answers.
